The Mail Abuse Databank is a service for Network Administrators which enables the network to block e mail from specific network zones, as far as I can tell.

When discussing this project I was receiving e-mail from them using the acronym MADb (Mail Abuse Databank). I saw Mad Bee. The direction of the logo was guided by this acronym and they ended up with a Mad Bee as part of the logo and life is good.
